- You can create a new list and invite your subscribers to join [opt-in]. Offer a special gift for clicking on a simple subscribe link and you’ll be surprised at the number of people who will respond.
- You are required to sign an agreement (see #2 below)
1. When Wahmcart imports your list, each contact must include the IP address and date of subscription.
2. You are required to sign an agreement indicating that your list is NOT a purchased list and was obtained legitimately and users have clearly opted in to receive email from your company.
3. If you do not agree to have Wahmcart import your list, all lists (subscribers) must be double opt-in within the Wahmcart system.
Purchased emails, lists or FFA link page email addresses may NOT not be imported and is strictly prohibited.
IMPORTANT:
Any person found in violation of these terms and agreements including spamming, we will bill you $75 per email address.
We may decide NOT to import your list(s) at our discretion, if we feel that this could be purchased emails, FFA link page email addresses, spam related, etc. If you request for list import, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
