Adding Products

This is of course the main area of your shopping cart. Go to Product >> Add

As this screen will show the settings are pretty self explanatory. If this product is commissionable to your affiliate, select yes in product commissions and Yes in Show Affiliates. If you later want to pull this product from the affiliate program, selecting No in Show Affiliates will hide it from them.

The redirect URL is the landing page for this product. We highly recommend you send people to the product page not your home page. This eliminates the need for customers to search for the product (they won't) and increases the chances of people buying when an affiliate directs them to the product.

In the Followup, set a list where you want the customer to be moved to after you order. If you do not set anything here, but you did in the Merchant Setup, WAHMCart will use whatever is set in the Merchant Setup.

The next section if for PayPal recurring billing. If you are selling recurring products, this is where you'd enter the trials if any and the recurring pricing.

The next section allows you to customize affiliate commissions, shipping and taxes. If you enter commission rates here, these figures will over ride any in the General Shipping Options.

At the bottom of the page, you'll find this box, this is for the dynamic shopping cart only. You can upload an image and include a quick product description here. If you'd like to categorize your products e.g. Baby Gift Baskets, House Warming Baskets, click the Category link to setup your categories or go to your menu click Products >> View >> Categories

To edit and get the HTML code for the product to put on your order pages, go to Products >> View on your dashboard menu bar.
